This reminds me as a kid that I saw the OG Robotech and Mazinger Z on Saturday morning cartoons.
But the “this is now my personality” struck on the fateful night that I got to see Heavy Metal (edited for TV), Vampire Hunter D, and Robot Carnival…. I went to sleep at 5 am on a school night.
I just watched Robot Carnival not too long ago, it was damn good!
