There is no intention to do it safely. DOGE wants to eliminate Social Security entirely. The intent is to cause a protest so loud that agents provocateur can throw some bricks and justify DonOLD declaring martial law. Once that happens, any hope of voting Republicans out of power goes out the window. At that point, our only option is violent revolution.
