This is sort of where the case was going to go, anyways, with this judge. She was purposefully using paper orders to avoid generating a ruling that could be overturned. This is more a cathartic release, because rather than holding our collective breath for something to happen, the next step can go forward. If Smith is positioned unconstitutionally, so was Dunn, So was the special prosecutor for Hunter, So was Muller, and so was Kennith Star.
