ALL COPS ARE STUPID!! Cops are required to have C Average grades from high school. And the ONLY reason most cops managed to get a C Average is because they got STRAIGHT A’s in PE CLASSES! So all cops have a D Average. Police departments never hire smart people. Ever. They’d make them all look dumb.
