This was an example of what not to do….. Supposedly, they were never able to “find” the person who wrote the code.

I currently work for a company that submits stuff to the FDA for medical testing; I had fun conversing with the woman who heads software for a smaller project. There is countless ISO and IEEE standards for medical testing now.
