My grandparents had collected decades of those magazines in their basement. When they died, my mother couldn’t find any place that wanted them! So, she threw them all away.
I’ve run into that with a few collections, like people had every issue of Wizard: The Comics Magazine, and at a certain point those mass distributed magazines have minimal value.
Still hurts my collector heart to see or hear about 🙁
