If the SCOTUS doesn’t overrule it, it will be a lot more states than just Colorado.
I think the list is up to 18 states seriously considering a ballot challenge now.
I think they’re playing wait and see, but wouldn’t it be better for multiple states to flood the SCOTUS with the same ruling….?
This strikes me as more Cargo Culting from the reich wing. The know that the left “cancels” a thing when certain groups do something egregious, and want that “power”. They want that “power” too. They don’t understand that it effectively is steeped in First Amendment stuffs of speech and freedom of association. You know, like Disney not wanting to spend $2 billion consolidating their employees if no one wants to move there due to LGBTQIA jim crow laws, or the Society of Women Engineers not wanting to spend their conference dollars in Georgia or Texas due to abortion laws.
